🍔 New GBA Investor Opens Gastonia Location

Whataburger and city leaders cut the ribbon Thursday on North Carolina’s first Whataburger location situated at 3415 E. Franklin Blvd. in Gastonia.
Burger enthusiasts lined up outside of the front door as early as 4 p.m. Wednesday to be one of the first four in line and receive a Whataburger prize.
Whataburger CEO Debbie Stroud said the company is opening eight other locations in the state this year and will likely open another 10 to 12 next year.
What's next: The next location in Hickory is slated to open at the end of June.
Gastonia’s Whataburger will be open 24 hours seven days per week. Breakfast is available from 11 p.m.-11 a.m. and burgers are available all day, every day.
