As part of its ongoing commitment to healthy youth development, the Gaston County Family YMCA is proud to announce our annual Healthy Kids Day event. This free annual Healthy Kids Day aims to promote fun, physical activity for kids while setting them up for a healthy start to the summer.
Gaston County Family YMCAÂ will be hosting its annual Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 20, at the Erwin Center and Park. This free, family-friendly event offers a variety of activities to encourage healthy lifestyles and kick off the summer season on a positive note.
Dominica Ibrahim, Warlick Camp, Sports & Teen Director at the Gaston County Family YMCA, emphasized the Y's dedication to keeping kids healthy and active.
