The PWA's mission is to support and encourage women to reach their fullest potential by providing opportunities for networking, sharing, and educating. The PWA holds quarterly luncheons and hosts W2W, a small group gathering featuring a prominent woman leader sharing her career story.
LEADERSHIP GASTON

Leadership Gaston is a leadership development program designed to identify and select highly motivated leaders and potential leaders of our community. The program will teach the participants to examine and respond to the needs of the community and the dynamics of social and economic change.

Candidate Forums are a great way to engage the business community around upcoming elections. The nonpartisan GBA is well positioned to host forums and increase public understanding of the election process and the candidates running for local, state, and federal office.
ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

The Annual Golf Tournament is one of the most unique in the region. A great outing for people to enjoy a beautiful 9 of holes of golf in the day, dinner and 9 holes of glow golf at night. Our golf outing is also a way for businesses to advertise and network among business leaders in our community.
