With a population of approximately 12,000 residents, Belmont offers a quiet and welcoming community atmosphere. Bessemer City offers a community atmosphere where neighbors know each other by name. The city has a rich history and is home to the Bessemer City High School Auditorium and the Henry C. Long House.  The city also boasts several parks and recreational facilities, including the Bessemer City Community Park and the Bessemer City Sports Complex. Bessemer City is a great place to call home for those who value a close-knit community with easy access to the amenities of a larger city.

Cherryville offers a cozy and tight-knit community atmosphere. Cherryville is known for its annual Cherry Blossom Festival, which celebrates the arrival of spring with live music, crafts, and food. The city is surrounded is also well know for their outdoor amenities such as the Biggerstaff Park and the Cherryville City Park.

With a population of around 5,000 residents, Cramerton offers a friendly and welcoming community atmosphere. Cramerton is known for its picturesque downtown area, which features local shops, restaurants, and cafes. The town is surrounded by the South Fork River and several parks and greenways providing opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Dallas offers a peaceful and laid-back community atmosphere. The town is home to several historic sites, including the Gaston County Courthouse and the Dallas Jail. Dallas is known for its annual Dallas Festival, which celebrates the town's history and culture.

With a population of around 77,000 residents, Gastonia offers a diverse and lively community atmosphere. Gastonia is known for its vibrant downtown area, which features local shops, restaurants, and breweries. Gastonia is also home to several annual festivals and events, including the Gaston All American Fair and the Art in the Park festival.

High Shoals offers a tranquil community atmosphere. The town has a rich history dating back to the early 19th century. High Shoals is known for several parks and recreational areas, including the South Fork River Park and the High Shoals Falls Trail.

With a population of around 11,000 residents, a portion of Kings Mountain sits in Gaston County, with the rest residing in Cleveland County. The city has a rich history dating back to the American Revolutionary War and is home to several historic sites, including the Kings Mountain National Military Park and the Historic Barber House. Kings Mountain is known for Kings Mountain State Park and the Patriots Park.

Lowell offers a peaceful and charming community atmosphere. The town is home to several historic sites, including the Lowell Historic District and the Gaston County Museum. Lowell is known for its picturesque downtown area, as well as the Catawba Creek Golf Course and the Spencer Mountain Greenway.

McAdenville is widely known for its annual Christmas lights display, which attracts thousands of visitors each year. During the holiday season, the town is transformed into a winter wonderland, with a stunning display of lights covering the trees, homes, and streets. McAdenville's charming downtown area features a number of local shops and restaurants, adding to its small-town charm. The town has a rich history, dating back to the 19th century when it was a thriving textile mill town.

Mount Holly is situated on the banks of the Catawba River and is known for its picturesque downtown area, historic architecture, and scenic natural surroundings. The city's downtown area features a variety of shops, restaurants, and local businesses, as well as a vibrant arts and culture scene. Mount Holly is also home to several parks and green spaces, offering opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.

Ranlo  is situated just a few miles south of Gastonia and is known for its quiet, rural atmosphere and small-town charm. Visitors to Ranlo can enjoy exploring the town's scenic countryside, with plenty of opportunities for hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Ranlo is a close-knit community with a strong sense of civic pride, and residents take an active role in maintaining the town's character and quality of life.

Stanley is a small town situated on the eastern shore of Lake Norman and is known for its beautiful natural surroundings and small-town charm. Stanley has a rich history dating back to the early 19th century when it was founded as a stop along the Charlotte and South Carolina Railroad.
